Fruitport falls to GR Union in a back and forth contest, with no team holding more than a 5 point lead. It was 8 to 8 after the 1st q, the Trojans led 18 to 15 at half and led 28 to 26 heading into the 4th but could not hold on and Union pulled out a 41 to 36 win. Fruitport was led by Ellie Fisher with 10 points, 8 rebounds and 4 blocks, Sydney Bol and Andi Quasebarth added 8 points each and Anna Bol and Kennah VerMerris chipped in 4 points each, Kennah also pulled down 6 rebounds and Willo Staal added 5 steals. The Trojans are off Friday and resume action Next Tuesday with an away game vs Reeths Puffer.
