The Trojans defeated Fruitport Calvary Christian on Thursday night 54-36. The game was held in Fruitport's old gym, known as "The Barn," as it was a night dedicated to honoring alumni and former record-holders. Fruitport Calvary hung tough throughout the game. The Trojans were able to pull away a bit in the 2nd quarter and then in the 4th quarter extended their lead.

Leading the Trojans in scoring was Gavin Fisher with 27 points. Rico Jones and Luke Mitchell added 6, Ethan Flores and Logan Manciu each scored 4. 9 total Trojans scored in the game. 

Coach Erny said, "It was an exciting environment in the old, small gym. Unfortunately we played the game at a very rushed pace and allowed ourselves to get a little caught up in the excitement. Things were a bit chaotic, but it was still a really fun game and fun night to be a part of. We played hard throughout the game and guys were able to make enough plays to maintain a safe lead. We know we need to shore up a lot on the execution side of things as we get ready for the home stretch of our season."
