The Fruitport Trojans ended the OK Blue tournament on a high note beating visiting Coopersville 8-1.
Mallory Smith opened up the scoring two minutes into the game with her first of three goals on the night. Alexa Hanson-Wilburn followed up five minutes later with her first of three goals on the night assisted by mikayla Belasco with one of her two assists. Emerson VerMerris and Anna Bol rouned out the scoring for the Trojans.
Riley Kettel had 9 saves on the night.
The Trojans hope to carry the momentum forward as host Ludington in the first round of the district tournament Wednesday at 6PM.
