Fruitport went on the road and tied Allendale by a score of 1-1 in OK Blue Conference action on Wednesday night. The Trojans got on the board in the first half as Brady Brown converted a penalty kick to take a 1-0 lead. The Falcons struck midway through the second half as they scored off a penalty kick to tie the game at 1-1.
Logan Werschem recorded 12 saves for the Trojans who move to 6-1-1 on the season and 1-1-1 in the OK Blue. Fruitport returns to the field Monday as they host Unity Christian.
