Fruitport wins in a walk off in the bottom of the 9th inning.

Game 1 was a pitchers duel with the Trojans pulling out a 4-3 win in the bottom of the 9th inning.  The game was 1-1 threw 4 1/2 innings when the Trojans pushed across 2 runsin the bottom half of the 5th.  Austin WIlson singled to left and advanced to 2nd on a pass ball.  Aiden Vela walked and then both runners moved up on a pass ball and another scored Wilson.  Vela then scored on an Aaron Sander single.  Holland Christian scored 2 in the 6th to tie it up and it remained that way until the 9th.  Wilson and Vela started the inning with singles.  With 2 strikes Aaron Sander ripped a double to score wilson for the winning run.  Cody Matuz pitched 5 1/3 rd inning Striking out 11 and giving up 0 earned runs.  Brady Weck picked up the win in relief.  Leading hitters for Fruitport were Sander with 4 hits and 2 doubles, Austin Wilson with 2 hits and Cody Nash with 2.

Game 2 was paused in the 4th with Holland CHristian up 3-2.
