The Trojans fell to Muskegon on the road Tuesday night by a score of 69-50. Fruitport trailed 35-20 at the half but played the Big Reds much more even the rest of the way, with Muskegon edging Fruitport 34-30 in the 2nd half. 

Coach Erny said, "We did a good job taking care of the basketball tonight versus a very good Muskegon team. This helped us stay in the game, especially in the second half. We had 14 assists and 8 turnovers tonight, which is a pretty good stat for us, particularly against a team like Muskegon. When we share ball and look to make the extra pass, our offense is just that much better. We have a big game on Friday night at Mona Shores, and we will work hard over the next couple of days to prepare."

Scoring for the Trojans was Gavin Fisher with 16, Marcelo Conklin with 13, Ethan Flores with 9, Luke Mitchell with 7, Logan Manciu with 3, and Rico Jones added 2. 

The Trojans fall to 3-4 overall and 2-3 in the OK Black, Fruitport travels to Mona Shores on Friday night. Game time is 7:30 PM.
