WHITEHALL HIGH SCHOOL: 0
Fruitport defeated visiting Whitehall by a score of 7-0 in non conference play on Wednesday night. The Trojans jumped out to a 4-0 lead in the first half receiving two goals from Bode Anspach and single tallies from Braylon Marshall and Caleb Slager. In the second half the Trojans tacked on three more goals as Jackson Rebone, Taylen Acocks and Jorge Burgos-Yack found the back of the net.
The Trojans received two assists from Isaac Vandermolen as Ryan Mitchell, Elliot Effken, Jaxon Stone, and Austin Hanis also added assists.
Justin Laus posted a shutout in net notching three saves on the night. The Trojans return to play Saturday as they host Coldwater.
