Fruitport defeated visiting Whitehall by a score of 5-2 in non conference action on Wednesday night. The Trojans received goals from Ryder Merkins, Satchel Norwood, Jorge Burgos Yack, Braylon Richards and Isaac Vandermolen scored for the Trojans. Davis Johnson, Merkins and Burgos Yack were credited with assists on the night.
Logan Werschem recorded 6 saves on the night. Fruitport improves to 4-0 on the season and will travel to Belding next Tuesday for an OK Silver game against Belding.
