LUDINGTON HIGH SCHOOL: 0
The Fruitport High School JV boys soccer team went up to Ludington this past weekend and earned themselves two wins over Shelby and host school Ludington. In the first game the Trojans won 5-0 of Shelby. Scoring for Fruitport was Bode Anspach, Sean Gieske, Jackson Rebone and Zach Schaefer. Assists came from Brock Veltman and Bode Anspach. The clean sheet in net went to Colin Braun. In the second game the Trojans battled to a 1-0 victory over Ludngton. Scoring the loan goal was Bode Anspach. The assist for the goal came from Zach Schaefer. Colin Braun got his second shutout of the season. Great overall play came from Jackson Smith-Upson, Logan Tromp, Mason Smith, Tyler Kelly and Austin Hanis. The JV team is back in action at home, August 23rd, against Fremont.
