RP is a very good basketball team and they jumped on us early and led 22 - 3 after the 1st Q. They did not let up and led 40 -16 at the half break and RP cruised to an easy 76-31 win over the Trojans. Fruitport was led by Kennah VerMerris with 11 points, Ellie Fisher with 9 points,13 rebounds and 4 blocks, Sydney Bol added 7 points and 5 boards. The Trojans host Jenison on Friday January 24.
