Fruitport hosted Mona Shores tonight in Conference play. The Sailors defeated the Trojans 2-0. Fruitports keeper Madalyn Fett played very tough in net making 11 saves. Kayla Hooker, Maddie Wescott and Haileigh Christiansen were kept on their toes tonight but did a great job on the defensive line. Other key players were Ellie Fisher, Daisy Haack and Sydney Bol.
The Trojans take to the road again Saturday playing at Union HS with a 10:00 start time.
