Fruitport hosted GR Union defeating the Red Hawks 4-1 in Conference play. Maddie Wescott put the Trojans on the board with a well placed shot from the outside. Sydney Bol added two goals and an assist. Ellie Fisher had a goal and an assist while Lena Cook added an assist. Other key players for the Trojans were Kayla Hooker, Rachel Zdrojewski, Kennah VerMerris and Haileigh Christiansen. Fruitport’s keeper Madalyn Fett did an outstanding job in goal making 14 saves.
