The varsity tennis team recorded their second conference victory today defeating Hamilton 5-3. Helping Fruitport to the victory were 1s Alison Blakeman, 2s Hope Busscher, 3s Grace Sweet, 1d Ella Kestner & Jillian Hawley and 3d Jennah Wierengo and Lynnea Olson. Battling hard but coming up short were 4s Auebre Johnson, 2d Emily Fairfield & Audra Peterson and 4d Jordan Achterhof and Jalece Jamison. The trojans are playing Friday in the conference finals here at FMS, SLHS and SLMS.
