Close matches were the norm for Fruitport against West Catholic in a makeup match Monday. Gaining the win for the Trojans were 1 singles Hope Busscher winning 6-0 6-1 and 2 singles Grace Sweet winning 6-1 6-0. Falling short in three sets but playing well were 3 singles Rachel Hines and 4 singles Audra Peterson. Fruitport is back at it tomorrow in a double dual at FMS against North Muskegon and Grant.
