The Lady Trojans hosted a double duel on their senior night facing off against Muskegon and Jenison. The Trojans went 1-1 tonight defeating Muskegon 25-7, 25-13, 25-13 and losing to Jenison 11-25, 14-25, 14-25. Between games the seniors and their parents were honored for their commitment to the Fruitport Volleyball Program, and their school and student achievements. This is a excellent group of athletes that are enjoyable to be around on and off the court. Senior stats for the night are the following:
Kennady Dykstra: 6 aces and 24 digs
Sydney Bol: 6 kills and 11 digs
Ellie Fisher: 2 aces, 15 Kills and 2 Blocks
Madalyn Fett: 3 Kills and 7 digs
Erika Burgess: 5 Kills
Makayla Lillmars: 5 Kills
Fruitport faces off in the GMAA City Tournament this weekend; Fruitport faces off against Muskegon at 9:00 am at Mona Shores High School.
