Game 2 Completion
WIth the game suspended tied 2-2 in the bottom of the 5th Brady Weck came on in relief and picked up the win. Fruitport Scored 2 runs in the top of the 6th to take the lead 4-2. Mayson Whitlow started the inning with a walk and stole second base. Cody Matuz followed with a rbi double down the line. Cody Nash sacraficed Matuz over and then Scored on Zander Beatty's safety squeeze bunt. Cole Foy came on in the 7th to earn the save. Leading hitters for Fruitport were Aaron Sander with 2 hits.
Game 3
Fruitport wasn't able to overcome and early deficit losing 9-2 to Hamilton. Walks and Errors early were costly. Mayson Whitlow pitched well in relief going 5 innings striking out 6 and allowing 2 earned runs. Leading hitters for Fruitport were Gavin Reames and Cody Nash with 2 hits a piece.
