Trojans sweep the Lakers in the OK Blue double header.
In Game one Fruitport took the lead early but Spring Lake fought back and took the lead 7-6 in the 4th but then the Trojan bats got hot and out paced the Lakers 15-10. Leading Hitters for Fruitport were Blake Hronek with 2 hits and Cody Matuz with 3 including a home run. Brady Weck picked up the win in relief.
In Game 2 Fruitport jumped out again to an early lead and finished it off 10-1 in 5 innings. Gavin Reames went 5 innings striking out 10 walking 0 and only giving up 1 run on the mound. Reams also had 3 hits with a home run along with Hayden Harper with 3 hits. Matuz added 2 more in the second game and Mayson whitlow chipped in with 2.
