ORCHARD VIEW HIGH SCHOOL: 1
Fruitport defeated visiting Orchard View in a nonconference tilt by a score of 9-1 on Saturday afternoon. The Trojans were paced by four goals from Ryan Laus who also added one assist. Zach Scahefer, Sean Gieske, Mason Smith, Jackson Rebone, and Christian Swiatek also added goals for Fruitport while Bode Anspach, Carter Golden, Schaefer and Gieske also recorded assists. Carter Golden played a tremendous game in the middle for the Trojans who improve to 3-1-1 on the season.
Justin Laus had two saves for the Trojans who will next take on the Coopersville Broncos on Monday.
